The room was lovely and comfortable, very warm, clean, good WiFi, helpful friendly staff who brought me a 'tea tray' with a kettle on my request. The bathroom was very modern with a constant supply of hot water and fresh towels shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner was supplied There was a radio, piped into the bathroom from which I could choose local radio channels. The wall mounted TV was ideal with local channels( with English subtitles) plus the odd American programmes too. There was a small wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers plus other storage which was ideal. There was a full length mirror too. Breakfast was provided as a beautifully presented cold buffet. You could make toast with a choice of sliced fresh bread with a choice of jams. The dining room staff were attentive, very friendly and helpful.Unfotunately I had to check out a day early due to unforeseen circumstances back home, but I would not hesitate to book another stay here. Overall the hotel was modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, employed friendly, professional and helpful staff. The breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. With Anjos Metro station only a short walk away it was an ideal position in a cold rainy Lisbon. I'm just waiting for my €50 deposit for the mini bar to be refunded.

The hotel is excellent for its price and star rating. The room is clean, warm, everything works, and all necessary amenities are provided (mini-bar, hangers, safe, tea, air conditioner, clean pressed towels, shampoo). The staff is very friendly, they made every effort for a comfortable stay, and always greeted with a smile when returning to the hotel. They provided an incredible service by allowing me to leave my luggage until the evening and then use the dressing room to change and remove makeup before leaving (I was after a fashion week, so it was very important for me to leave my luggage somewhere and then remove all makeup). The in-room service is excellent, and the breakfasts are quite tasty, not all-inclusive like in Egypt, but still acceptable.

All the reception staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. When we checked in the room we were allocated was really hot and still hadn't cooled after 3 hours, the WiFi signal wasn't very strong and as we were at the front of the hotel, it was too noisy from the street to have the window open. I went to reception and I was shown 3 other rooms to choose from. We were moved within 10 minutes, to the ground floor at the back of the hotel, excellent WiFi signal and a slightly bigger room. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, there are restaurants around and small grocery shops. The room was cleaned and the beds remade and fresh towels and toiletries.

Location was good. Close to metro station Anjos (cca 200m) which can take you straight to the center (station Baixa Xiado) or to the last station, where you can take a bus 15e and go to Belem. There are several buses right in the front of hotel. You can find a lot of restaurants and bakeries around. Room seems small but actually it's quite enough, because you have everything you need. Staff is more than kind and helpful. We had great experience with kindest lady at the reception. Rooms are clean and we had our room cleaned every day. Quite quiet street so you can have a nice sleep. It exceeded our expectations. Great deal and totally would recommend.

The hotel was lovely and staff really nice. The room is spacious and beds really comfortable. The hotel allows check in from 2 and check out at 12 which is better than what a lot of hotels offer! You have the option of breakfast for €10 per person per day if you want it and the selection is decent. The hotel is only 3 metro stops away from the centre and the stop itself is only about 4 min walk away.
